New York Fashion Week 2017 Lookbook
1) NYFW Look 1: Edging Up The LBD <– Click to Shop Outfit
New York Fashion Week 2017 was filled with fun outfits this Season. In particular, I had a lot of fun with this look. I took my classic LBD with a sexy V-neck and decided to edge it up with a lace-up black denim jacket and lavender laser-cut high-tops. I topped it off with these sick blue mirrored/reflective aviator sunglasses. The best part was that I was comfy all day and night as the first day was full of Shows and after parties! Saving those foot pains one day at a time! (Until the rest of the week happened, then my poor feet wanted to cry.)
2) NYFW Look 2: Statement Red and Body Chains <– Click to Shop Outfit
Talk about thinking outside the box! I felt like this outfit, although already rockstar with the statement red and prints aside the black pants, needed something extra. So, what did I do? Of course I put two necklaces around my waist and created body chains! Oh yes, indeed. Check out how I did that in my detailed post. A lot of people just thought I was wearing a cool belt – nope. I was being a quirky weirdo and it totally worked out and gave me the edge I needed.

3) NYFW Look 3: Dan Liu’s Take on a Black Sheer Dress <– Click to Shop Outfit
Calling all Fashionistas! Thanks to Uber and Lyft, I didn’t really have to call a cab much during NYFW, but I totally did for this shot. I’m all about taking shots in the weirdest places, so this construction site totally called to me. I was gifted this by Dan Liu to wear front row to his Show, and I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of dress. 5) NYFW Look 5 – Dan Liu’s “Gold Snake Dress” <– Click to Shop Outfit
I find it hard sometimes to pull off blocky, shift dresses because it hides my curves, but I actually really loved this Dan Liu dress when I tried it on! It was girly, but it had a boxy, more masculine body to it which I really liked. This was also another dress I was gifted to wear to the Shows – what an honor it was to be given two of his dresses this Season! I was also so happy when I had the opportunity to go backstage to meet Dan Liu in person (right after Miss Universe had her turn, NBD). I swear his designs keep getting better year after year!

6) NYFW Look 6: Classic Pink Lace & Peek-A-Boo Shoulder with Elliatt <– Click to Shop
You know how some dresses look frumpy on a hanger, but STUNNING on a body? Well, this was definitely one of those surprises. The material and cuts intrigued me when I first saw this Elliatt dress in the showroom. Since I consider myself a fashion “daredevil”, I thought, “what the heck, let’s just try it on and see what happens.” I expected nothing fancy, but when I looked at myself in the mirror and showed the PR gentleman, we both agreed that this dress needed to be worn..immediately. Thanks Elliatt for letting me keep and wear your dress to Front Row to Fashion Palette!
7) NYFW Look 7: Sleek and Sexy Color-block Style and Over-The-Knee Boots <– Click to Shop Outfit
And my last and final outfit is HURR. I decided to rev up the sex appeal unintentionally as I actually put this outfit together in less than 15 minutes (but seriously, haha). I just love love love these Over-the-knee boots – they are super dressy, classy, and sexy and go with almost any bottom that is higher than your knee. I color-blocked the black with the mostly beige skirt and added some geometric shapes in my crop top and rectangular clutch to give it an edgier vibe. I couldn’t find this exact look, but I shopped around for a lot of replicas just for you guys. Click the link above to browse and shop this look!
Okay guys, that’s a wrap! Alas, I have finished my New York Fashion Week 2017 blog posts. I still have the 7 days of video to go through for Youtube, but that will come soon enough. Next up will be a blog post explaining why I left my full-time job to pursue my passions 100%. Stay tuned and happy shopping!
Xoxo,
